Meditation and Yin

Come Back to your Center

In this class, we will focus on creating a deeper connection to our body through Yin-Yoga Postures and various Meditation techniques. In the world we live in, we are often pulled off our own center, which causes us to lose touch with our sense of Self. This class serves to reconnect to our body, become aware and release stuck emotions, and learn practical tools to stabilize in our center.

We learn to:

  • Become aware of the current state of our body

  • Center ourselves through Yin-Yoga postures

  • Center ourselves through Meditation Techniques and Spinal Awareness

    Through Centering, we can continue or days with more clarity and groundedness.
